Mixed season training is back from Wednesday 5 August, at King William's College astro.

Training runs across two back-to-back sessions: Session 1, 6:00–7:30pm, for Celts, Southerners and Cammags, and Session 2, 7:30–9:00pm, for Cushags, Cosney and Carrick.
